Inside llewyn davis review
My Rating: 7.7/10
IMDb Rating: 7.4/10 Rotten Tomatoes Rating: 94% Metacritics Rating: 92/100 My Favorite Quotes: 1. "Hang me oh hang me ill be dead and gone, wouldn't mind the hanging." - Llewyn Davis It Doesn't Always Work Out This film would almost lead you to believe Llewyn Davis was a real person. The director does a magnificent job of bringing Llewyn David to life. Through his encounters with other people, his musical talents, and his rich vocabulary. The dialogue stood out to me because it was very different from many other movies and kept me laughing. The soundtrack is absolutely unbelievable it really clenches your heart and make you feel for Llewyn and his experiences throughout his troubled life. It was a very dark abd depressing film with nothing ever going right for Llewyn. Atleast John Goodman did an amazing role which was probably the best part of the movie. The movie was dull for long periods of time and the ending was abrupt and in conclusive. Despite two major flaws I would still recommend this film seeing as it will only take away 1h 44m of your life. 7.7/10. |
